Discovery call

Fifteen minutes to pin down the need, the deadline and the budget. I tell you frankly if an existing solution would do the job better than a build.

Quote and written scope

What is included, what isn't, and the number of planned iterations. No grey areas to negotiate later.

Design and build

The scope is approved before the build, then the interim deliveries can be viewed online. Three rounds of revisions included.

Launch and handover

Deployment, transfer of access, handover of the source files and a recorded video walkthrough. You are self-sufficient at the end.

FAQ

Before we start.

Who hosts the site at the end?

You do. The site is deployed on your own account, with the host that suits the project. You keep owning the domain name and the files, and you can move elsewhere without asking me anything.

Do you also do maintenance?

On request, by the day. No mandatory maintenance contract: a static site has nothing to update, and a CMS site comes with a walkthrough so your team can keep it going alone.

What if I already have a mockup or brand guidelines?

All the better, we start from there. If you have a Figma file, a logo and brand guidelines, the design phase shrinks to an adaptation and the budget goes down accordingly.

How long until the site is live?

One to three weeks for a showcase site, longer for a redesign or a migration depending on the volume of content to carry over. The timeline is written in the quote, not estimated as we go.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, as a subcontractor on the design or build. In that case the client relationship stays with you, and I deliver under your brand.

A website to create, rebuild or migrate?
